Creamy Avocado Burger

A beefy burger with rich avocado, zesty cilantro and red onion flavor.


1 lb ground beef
1 T beef flavor bouillon
2 T chopped fresh cilantro
4 crusty rolls
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup salsa
4 leaves Boston lettuce


Preheat grill to medium-high.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bouillon and cilantro and mix well.

Form into four 4-inch patties, making an indentation in each patty.

Grill burgers 4-6 minutes each, turning only once.

Remove burgers from heat and ensure they have reached an internal temperature of at least 160° F as measured on a meat thermometer.

Serve on rolls and top with avocado, onion, salsa and lettuce.
