Pizza Casserole

Your favorite pizza toppings delight the taste buds in every bite of this delicious creation.


1/2 lb Our Certified® Value Grind ground beef

2 cups uncooked egg noodles

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage

16 oz pizza sauce

4 T milk

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Cook noodles according to package directions.

Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a medium skillet over medium-high, brown ground beef with onion, garlic and green bell pepper; until the ground beef reaches 160° F.

Drain excess fat.

Stir in noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well.

Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven.

Top with cheese then bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.
