Baked Spaghetti
Everyone’s favorite pasta dish, baked with cheeses and sauce for a perfect blend of flavors.

Approximately 1 lb ground round
1 can (15 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 medium bag spaghetti
1 large container cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a heavy saucepan or skillet, brown ground beef until internal temperature reaches 160° F on a meat thermometer.
Drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
While sauce is simmering, boil a large pot of water.
Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
Place half of cooked spaghetti into a 9-by-13-inch greased baking dish.
Top with half of meat mixture.
Spread 1 cup of cottage cheese on top and then sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layering.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
