Texas Style Burger

Green chilies, onions and guacamole give this burger a bite of Texas flavor.

Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs ground sirloin
1/2 cup A.1.® Original Steak Sauce, divided
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup drained canned chopped green chilies
6 hamburger buns, split
1/2 cup guacamole
3/4 cup KRAFT® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 large tomato, chopped

 

Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Mix meat, 1/4 cup steak sauce, onions and chilies; shape into six 1/2-inch-thick patties.

Grill for 11 to 13 minutes or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 160° F on a meat thermometer, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining steak sauce.

Serve in buns topped with remaining ingredients.
